Q & A – what do I do when I am out of focus

Q\When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused what do you do?

A\ I go for a walk. The movement and fresh air unscrambles things for me. I read a good book or watch TV (Christmas movies are a current favorite).

I have a secret obsession with DIY/craft videos on YouTube. I think they are called Blossom Crafts, an example. These creative videos just jump start my brain and I just get very excited on the endless possibilities with tube socks or something like that 😉 and completely forget my problems.

I also like watching Girl and the Word. Her calm voice eases my stress and I come out feeling better about life in general. As a result of her videos, I have become better at clearing away clutter, building a book shelf from scratch. What’s not to like ?(;).
